Siya yoga headstand stool: exercising without pressure
The wooden frame of the Siya yoga headstand stool includes ergonomically rounded handles to protect the wrists and a round balance bar for the feet. The frame is made of stable, natural birch and beech wood. When positioning yourself upside down, you can support yourself on the comfortable padding. Unlike when doing a headstand on the floor, there is no pressure on the head, neck or spine. The yoga and headstand stool allows you to support yourself with your arms and shoulders on the removable and washable sports cover. The support surface is therefore considerably larger, allowing the pressure to be better distributed over the supported areas of the body.
